In-clu-sive; enclosing and embracing.

Hiat Labib - Tuesday, December 04, 2012

If you know the beautiful owner of this school then chances are you've hugged her from time to time. Ms. Alicja is just that kind of lady, she'll sing in the rain, dance in the classroom and will most definitely give you a hug. Having known Ms. Alicja for quite some time now I've been lucky enough to know that she has different hugs for different reasons, each of them with a purpose.

Now there are two reasons why  Ms. Alicja and her hugging tactics are being discussed. First and foremost, those loving arms of hers are open for business to anyone at any time - they don't discriminate. Secondly, her company (which she refers to as her baby, by the way) is built to be an extension of those hugs.

Inclusive practices is an area on this website that you may not have taken the time to read. It's simple, clear and concise and has one message; YOU ARE WELCOME HERE.

Throughout the years we've had families of all different shapes and sizes join us. We've grown to learn about new customs and cultures and through them we became smarter as a staff and school.

So what does this all mean? It's simple actually. It means the very back bone of this company is a woman who turns away no person at no time she is embracing and enclosing to all, she is wonderful and she is the creator of an institution that values this very belief system.

This may sound too good to be true but you can always test it out, walk up to Ms. Alicja, arms extended and I can bet that she will jump at the opportunity to be ever enclosing, ever embracing, ever inclusive.
